This policy explains what personal information JustChris (“I”, “me”) collects, why, and what your rights are. I am Chrysostomos Mamakakis, an individual based in Split, Croatia, and I am the controller of the information described below.

What I collect

• Sign-up forms: if you fill in a form on an ad (Instagram or Facebook), I receive the details you enter, such as your name and email address.
• Messages: if you message me on Instagram or Telegram, I receive your message and your public profile name or username.
• This website: justchris.co does not use cookies, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and keep it secure.

How I use it

• To send you the invite to my free trading group and reply to your messages.
• To tell you about the group and my educational content. You can ask me to stop at any time.

I do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

• Meta (Instagram and Facebook) collects form and message data on its platforms under its own privacy policy.
• Telegram handles messages sent through Telegram under its own privacy policy.
• Brokers: if you choose to open an account through a partner broker link, that broker collects your details directly under its own policy. I do not hold or manage your money.

How long I keep it

I keep your details only for as long as I need them to run the group and communicate with you, and delete them when you ask.

Your rights

Under the UK and EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, object to how I use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, message me on Instagram at @christradesfx or on Telegram at @justchristrades. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Croatia this is AZOP (azop.hr).
